Since the rise of Al Duhail team to the QSL in season 2010-2011 under the name of (Lekhwiya) , it played with Al Arabi in 14 matches in the league in which Al Duhail was able to achieve victory in 8 matches , while lost in only two matches and tied in four confrontations .
And despite the team was not able to achive victory against Al Arabi in season 2010 , where both confrontations ended with the positive draw (1-1) in the first and second sections , but Al Duhail was able to achieve victory in the match of the first section of the next by 3-0 .
After the confrontations continued between both teams where season 2015 witnessed the first loss of the team in the league against Al Arabi by 3-2 in the first section , and the second loss in the second section by 1-0 .
Al Duhail was able to score in Al Arabi 36 goals and recieved 16 goals , and the South Korean professional Nam Tae Hee is considered the team's scorer in AL Arabi confrontations where he was able to score 6 goals , and followed by Sorian and Msakni (4goals ) and Youssef El Arabi (3 goals ) .
