: Al Sadd, one of the top sides in QNB Stars League, will play a friendly against MSV Duisburg on Thursday.
Currently camped in Austria for their pre-season training camp, Al Sadd are preparing for the start of the new QNB Stars League season that kicks off in the first week of August.
The friendly will take place at European Stadium in Bad Haring with kick-off set for 6:00 pm.
On Wednesday, coach Jesualdo Ferreira headed the team training session with the participation of the entire squad. The players underwent physical fitness drills followed by football action.
Spanish goalkeeping coach Eduardo Perez was in the lead with Al Sadd goalkeepers Saud Al Hajri, Meshaal Barshim and Jihad Mohammad. Perez remained busy with the trio with cross-ball shooting and tackling outside the penalty box.
Al Sadd take on Al Kharaitiyat in their season opener at Khalifa International Stadium on August 5.
