Ghana international Andre Ayew finished the season as the third highest African scorer in his debut English Premier League season.
The 26-year-old bagged 12 goals for his team Swansea City at the end of the season.
Algerian and Leicester City star Riyard Mahrez who was voted the PFA Player of the year finished top with 17 goals, followed by Waford’s Nigerian international Idiano Ighalo who scored 15 goals. Senegalese and Southampton star Sadio Mane was fourth 11 goals.
Andre Ayew has already caught the interest of several Clubs in the English Premier League including West Ham and Sunderland.
