Alejandro Moreno says Diego Costa and Antonio Conte aren't built to repair the bridges that have been burned between them.

Atletico Madrid have reached an agreement to re-sign striker Diego Costa from Chelsea.

According to El Mundo, Costa will sign a contract until June 2021 and will be Atletico's most expensive signing, with Atletico said to be paying €55 million, plus €10m in variables, surpassing the €40m they paid Porto for Radamel Falcao in the summer of 2011.

A statement on Chelsea's official website read: "Chelsea Football Club has today agreed terms with Atletico Madrid for the transfer of Diego Costa.

"The transfer will be subject to the agreement of personal terms and a medical."

Atletico said: "Atletico Madrid and Chelsea have reached a preliminary agreement for the transfer of Diego Costa. The agreement is pending the approval of the contract between our club and the Spain international player.

"The English club has authorised Diego Costa to travel to Madrid in the coming days to undergo a medical and agree a contract with our club."
