Former Black Queens star Memunatu Sulemana appointed Maidens goalkeepers trainer

Former Black Queens number one goalkeeper Memunatu Sulemana has been appointed the goalkeepers trainer of the female under-17 team, the Black Maidens.

The 39 year old joins the new staff of the Black Maidens as they start to prepare for the World Cup in 2018.

Memunatu Sulemana who played most of her club football in the country with Fabulous Ladies spent several years with the national team.

She was part of the team at the 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup, 2003 FIFA Women's World Cup and 2007 FIFA Women's World Cup.

The veteran goalkeeper also featured at 2003, 2005, and 2007 Africa Women's Championship.
