Ghana Football Association President Kwesi Nyantakyi and Black Stars coach Avram Grant visited the Black Starlets team on Thursday morning at the Ghanaman Soccer of Excellence in Prampram. Grant and Nyantakyi made a surprise stop at the training ground to watch the young lads and encouraged them as they prepare for their African Youth Championship qualifier.
The Players and officials of the team expressed delight with the presence of the FA president and coach Grant.
Ghana will face Burkina Faso next week Sunday 7th August,2015 for the first leg second round qualifier of the U-17 African Youth Championship .
The 2017 Africa U-17 Cup of Nations is the 11th edition of the biennial international youth football tournament.
The tournament will take place in Madagascar, the final tournament is scheduled to 2–16 April 2017.
