Accra Great Olympics have reinstated Godwin Attram as head coach of the club following the resignation of Swedish tactician Tom Strand.

Tom Strand resigned as head Coach of the club on Tuesday with relegation staring at the club.

Great Olympics are in a precarious position, lying 15th on the Ghana Premier League table with four games to end the season.

Attram who has had some difficult time with the Club will lead the team in the final four games of the season despite the gloomy nature of events.

The former Black Stars player helped the team gain promotion back to the premier league but was demoted to the assistant coaching role following the appointment of Tom Stand.

A situation Attram did not take likely, leading to a revolt that saw the team divided into two in the early days of Strand’s appointment.

But with the situation settled amicably, he rejoined the club and helped in the assistant role.

However, with Strand’s resignation, the former Ghana player is assuming the role as the head coach of the club.

Attram’s next assignment in the game between Accra Great Olympics and Bolga All Stars.
