Kumasi Asante Kotoko’s number one goalkeeper Felix Annan has earned praises from legendary Ghanaian goalkeeper Abubakari Damba.
Felix Annan has been one of the best goalkeepers in the Ghana Premier League, having kept seven clean sheets.
Abubakari Damba who was speaking on the Legends Night Show on GhOne heaped praises on the shot stopper, revealing Annan's time with WAFA has developed his knowledge of goalkeeping.
“I think there is a couple, I have watched Abolora of WAFA who I think is good, I have also seen Felix Annan and I think he is a wonderful chap,” he said on GHone.
“He moves in post, his composure, I think his antics is a typical trademark of an academy goalkeeper.
“These guys are taking through a system and you can see how it is helping goalkeepers like Felix Annan.”
Annan’s performances have seen him bench experienced goalkeepers Isaac Amoako and Ernest Sowah.
The Black Stars team B goalkeeper however has to fight it out with Aduana Stars goalkeeper Joseph Addo as the team continues preparations for the WAFU tournament, despite the disappointment of missing out on CHAN 2018.
