Kumasi Asante Kotoko striker Saddick Adams says the club will return in better shape to finish the season in style.

The Porcupine Warriors are still recovering from the trauma of the horrific accident they suffered on their return from a Ghana Premier League game against Inter Allies.

The devastating accident claimed the life of their equipment officer Mr. Thomas Obeng Asare leaving several players badly bruised.

But, some have since been back and have started training with the rest yet to return to full fitness.

However, Saddick Adams who was on the bus on that day says the team will recover from the shock and finish the season strongly.

“It has not been easy for us, it has been a difficult moment, most of my teammates are injured and we are all trying to recover fully,” Adams told Ghanapremierleaguelive.com in an interview

“We want to be fully fit before we get back to action, but I want to assure our fans that they shouldn’t leave hope.

“We are going to return as a better team, this has even strengthened us and we want to finish the League very well.”

Meanwhile, the Ghana Premier League is on a month break for the Black Stars team B to prepare for the CHAN qualifiers against Burkina Faso and the West Africa Football Union tournament.
