After a disappointing start to their QNB Stars League campaign, Al Khor will be looking to get their first win against Al Ahli on Saturday evening at Al Khor Stadium.
Opening the press conference, Laurent Banide started by talking about the team’s preparation for the game and how they’ll be looking to get their first win “Every game is different, we have prepared well for this game and we will be looking to win the game against Al Ahli and kick start our League campaign.”
“We had a disappointing start in the last round. We know the level of the big teams and we weren’t surprised about their performance, we should look to improve and we work every day for that goal. We will look to learn from our mistakes and perform better in the next game.” Added the French coach when asked about his team’s performance in the previous round against Al Rayyan.
The Knights coach ended the press conference by highlighting the importance of learning the mistakes made in the last round “When you concede four goals in a game, you have to analyse your defence and analyse the mistake, we will continue to work on the training ground and hope for a better result in the next game.”
