REPORT: Inter Allies sack Coach Prince Owusu

Inter Allies have fired Coach Prince Owusu following the appointment of former Dreams manager Karim Zito.

Earlier reports indicated the former Medeama Coach, Prince Owusu was supposed to be assisted by Karim Zito.

However, according Ghanasportsonline.com, the Coach has been shown the exit door.

“He (Prince Owusu) has actually been sacked, Zito was brought to replace him,” a close source of the team spoke to Ghanasportsonline.com.

“It is not true Zito was to assist him, Zito automatically is now the head Coach so Prince Owusu is no more with us.”

Prince Owusu joined the La-Based club at midway last season after leaving Medeama S.C.

The former Al Khartoum coach has had a frosty relationship with the top hierarchy, leading to his suspension along the way in the season.

Inter Allies are just above the relegation zone leaving them in a precarious situation with just a point above the drop zone.

The Ghana Premier League is on break ahead of the commencement of the West Africa Football Union competition.
