Our squad scored a 3:0 victory over Al-Shahania in the clash held at Thani bin Jassim Stadium in QSL Round 17.
Abdul Ghani Muneer, Vladimir Weiss and Abdul Aziz Hatem scored for our team in the minutes 20, 50 and 89.Al-Gharafa controlled most of the game and wasted many scoring chances but In general, The Cheetahs introduced a good display crowned with an important victory.
This result raised our points to 30 to sit fifth in QSL standings and left Al-Shahania lying 14th in the table with 14 points.
