The Wolves had taken a day off from training on Monday, after the 1-1 draw with Al-Sailiya in the QNB Stars League Round 8 clash.

Tuesday’s session was held in the absence of a number of Al-Sadd players who have been called up to their respective national teams. Eight players are with the Qatar national team while Baghdad Bounedjah and Jung Woo-young have joined the Algeria and South Korea national team camps.

Meanwhile, Xavi and Meshaal Barsham continue to recover under the supervision of the club’s medical staff after missing the last game due to lack of match fitness.

The rest of the team underwent physical exercises and the normal training routine, as they look to be in peak shape ahead of the upcoming matches.
