QSL’s Match Analysis course starts with participation of Qatari officials and brothers from Kuwait, Oman

The Match Analysis course, being organised by the Qatar Stars League’s (QSL) Football Development Department in association with the Al Kass Under-17 International Cup, started at the Aspire Super Club on Monday.

The inaugural day was marked by the presence of Mr. Ahmed Khellil Abbassi, QSL’s Executive Director of Competitions and Football Development (Acting), Qatari officials and brothers from Kuwait and Oman.

Abbassi inaugurated the course and welcomed the attendees from entities like the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy, Qatar Football Association, Kuwait Football Federation, Oman Football Federation, Qatar University and Aspire. He specially commended the participants from Kuwait and Oman.

Topics such as Introduction to Match Analysis, Tasks and responsibilities of Performance Analyst, Managing Match Analysis through Dartfish programmes and Analysis of the reports from Al Kass Under-17 International Cup are being covered during the course.

Sessions are held from 8.30am to 1.30pm. The course will end on 14th February.

Mr. Samir Brixi, Performance Analyst at QSL, analysed the performance and success of Qatar at the recent Asian Cup, reflecting on the consistency factor and other highlights.

Mr. Chung Mun-Seok, Lecturer at Dartfish, is also dealing with the topics.
