Al Khor coach Bernard Casoni spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 8 match against Al Rayyan.
“We are up against a big team, but our main goal is to win three points, especially since the competition is becoming gripping after every game. We could have won our previous match against Umm Salal.
“When we play against teams with great individual capabilities, we have to bring out excellent team spirit and show great tactical commitment.
“The team’s ranking does not bother me and I do not have to worry. We have no alternative than move up the table. We have to work properly and well to get the team out of the danger zone.
“Our squad is complete with the return of Brazilian striker Diego Costa from an injury. He is a good addition to our attacks. If we concede or score goals, it does not mean that we define it as a problem in the attack or midfield or defence. The responsibility lies with everyone,” said Baptista.
