Umm Salal’s Abdulaziz Al Yahri underwent an operation at Qatar’s orthopaedic and sports medicine hospital Aspetar to correct an ankle injury.

Abdulaziz was out of action for some time as he was nursing the injury. He is to undergo a rehabilitation programme before returning to the field.
Meanwhile, Umm Salal are preparing for their QSL Cup Round 2 game against Qatar SC on Thursday, 11th October. The match will kick off at the Qatar SC Stadium at 17:35.
Umm Salal had beaten Al Arabi 1-0 in Round 1.

Al Duhail, Al Kharaitiyat and Al Gharafa are the other teams in Group A.
