Al Ahli coach Ruben de la Barrera spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 17 match against Al Sailiya.
“We are pleased with the performance of the team. But our match against Al Sailiya will be difficult, because they are a strong team with great experience and a good coach in addition to having stability in their performance. Yet, we will try to achieve a positive result.
“We made a big achievement last week by getting into the top four from the fifth position. We hope to continue there and ultimately finish in that position once the competition ends.
“We have the ability to put it across Al Sailiya. I have full confidence in my players’ potential,” said Barrera.
