Black Starlets coach Paa Kwesi Fabin insists the team is 70% ready

Ghana under-17 coach, Paa Kwesi Fabin says the team is 70% ready for the world cup in India.

The Black Starlets have been drawn with host India, South Americans Colombia and the United States of America  in Group A of the World Cup.

The team has been preparing ahead of the tournament which begins in October and head Coach of the side, Paa Kwesi Fabin says they are seventy percent ready for the world cup but added he will be making some additions to the squad before the start of the competition.

“The team is 70 per cent ready for the tournament and the rest will be fulfilled during the tour to set the team for the opening game against South American giants Colombia,” he told Ghana soccer news.

Coach Paa Kwesi Fabin and the squad will leave for Denmark for a four nation tournament later this month.

The Black Starlets will face European giants Spain, Iraq from Asia and Mexico.

The former Inter Allies Coach revealed the team will be augmented with the additions of Ibrahim Sulley who is on trials at Bayern Munich and Aminu Mohammed of Red Bulls Salzburg.
