MATCH REPORT: Aduana Stars return to top of the table with victory over Inter Allies

Aduana Stars beat Inter Allies 1-0 to go top of the Ghana Premier League table on match day 25 in Dormaa.

Sam Adams scored from the spot to hand the Premier League giants the only goal of the game and secured all three points for the former Champions.

Aduana Stars, who have been invisible at home controlled the game and found the breakthrough in the early minutes of the game following a penalty awarded the Ogya Boys.

Striker Sam Adams made no mistake from twelve yard.

The home side dominated proceeding I the first half maintain a one goal lead before the break.

However, in the second half they were given a good run for their money as Inter Allies pushed them back with series of attacks.

The Accra based side could not find the back of the net.

Aduana Stars successful got a double over Allies after beating the same side at the El Wak Stadium earlier in the season.

Aduana will return to action against Accra Hearts of Oak in a top of the table clash.

Meanwhile Inter Allies will be in Accra, where they host former Champions Wa All Stars.
