The Cheetahs achieved a difficult victory 2/1 over Al Khor in one of the most exciting games of QNB Stars League (Round 15). Our club settled the clash, held in Al-Khor Sports Stadium, in the first half with two goals.Wesley Sneijder opened the scoring from a free kick in the 23rd minute while Muaid Hassan added the second in the minute 33 with a marvelous individual effort. The two teams swapped control over the two halves, the Cheetahs completely controlled the first half whereas the second one was dominated by Al-Khor who were able to reduce the result through Madison who scored for his team in the 83rd minute. This result raised our point tally to twenty keeping us in the sixth place of QNB Stars League table.
