QNB Stars League reigning champions Al Duhail are to play a friendly match against the Myanmar national team on 19th October.
The match, to kick off at the Al Duhail Stadium at 17:45, has been scheduled as part of their preparations for the forthcoming fixtures in the QNB Stars League.
Al Duhail’s Week 9 game against Al Sadd was deferred to 11th December because of the latter’s AFC Champions League second-leg semifinal against Iran’s Persepolis on 23rd October.
Al Duhail, coached by Tunisian Nabil Maaloul, had drawn 1-1 with Al Gharafa in Round 2 of the QSL Cup last week.
The training sessions will continue and those who are on international duty are expected to be back in the team fold soon. Al Duhail had 10 players in the Qatar senior and Olympic squads.
