The Al-Sadd football first team players were given a day off on Tuesday, after a period of intense training lately. A number of Qatari international players have been away from the team recently, playing at the AFC Asian Cup.
The team is now scheduled to return to training on Wednesday, with the internationals rejoining the squad. Preparations will then begin for the upcoming QNB Stars League Round 17 clash against Al-Khor, which will be played next Saturday at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.
