Hallgrimsson chalks out training plan for Al Arabi players, Musab Khadr continues rehabilitation

Al Arabi coach Heimir Hallgrimsson transferred the players’ training to the field according to the specified guidelines and taking into account the preventive measures being taken against the spread of coronavirus (Covid-19). This followed the players’ distance training.

The coach’s decision came according to a technical viewpoint and training is held in batches of three or four players with enough physical distance between them.

The coach has been keen that the training is held in several periods and groups, so that each group is made up of two players for half an hour. If the group is composed of four players, then the training will be at two venues so that there are no more than two players on the field.

There is an administrative follow-up to the training and the Qatar Stars League receives continuous reports on the commitment and discipline shown by the players during training.

All players are taking part in the training programme, which is held according to the plan developed by the coach, with the exception of player Musab Khadr, who is undergoing treatment at the Aspetar hospital.
