Al-Sadd’s Qatari international players rejoined the squad for training on Monday, as the team look to prepare for the upcoming QNB Stars League clash with Al-Khor on February 16.
The nine members of the Qatar national team (Hassan Al-Haydos, Saad Al-Dosari, Pedro Miguel, Salem Al-Hajri, Tareq Salman, Hamed Ismail, Khoukhi Boualem, Abdulkarim Hassan, Akram Afif) returned to the squad after a break which followed their Asian Cup triumph.
The players were welcomed by the rest of the team, who congratulated them on their victory. The team then went on to train in high spirits, with a near-full strength squad and aiming to keep their winning league run going, in order to maintain top spot.
