Al Rayyan coach Rodolfo Arruabarrena spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 8 match against Al Khor.
“It is important that we get full points from the game against Al Khor. We have focused on tactical aspects and the team is ready.
“All matches are tough not only for Al Rayyan or Al Khor, but for all the teams. We beat Al Shahania by a single goal in the last round, but we wasted a lot of chances in the second half.
“Al Khor have had some negative results. But now that they are under a new coach, they may be a different team. We have to deal with them smartly and professionally. We must never think we are better than Al Khor or we will win easily.
“We play with the lowest number of professionals compared to other teams. This is not an excuse. I have great faith in the rest of the players and I hope they will achieve the desired level,” said Rodolfo.
