Umm Salal and Al Ahli are preparing to face off in a friendly between them on 8th February.
The friendly comes as part of their preparations for the rest of QNB Stars League and other competitions.
Umm Salal had recently lost to Chinese Super League side Jiangsu, who were camping in Doha.
Both Umm Salal and Al Ahli utilised the long break in the QNB Stars League by working on their areas of improvement.
Umm Salal will play Al Gharafa in Week 16 of the QNB Stars League on 14th February, while Al Ahli will face Al Kharaitiyat the next day.
Umm Salal are eighth in the QNB Stars League table with 17 points, while Al Ahli are fifth with 26 points.
