Al Duhail coach Nabil Maaloul spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 10 match against Al Kharaitiyat.
“It will not be an easy match though Al Kharaitiyat are going through a tough phase. We are waiting for many important matches in the coming days. Focus and discipline must be our motto at this stage.
“I think the race for the league title will be between us and Al Sadd, but there are chances for surprises and we must respect all teams that we face, especially since they have a strong desire to win and move away from the danger zone.
“Despite our injury worries, we are at our best and ready to face all teams,” said Maaloul.
Al Duhail player Khalifa Abubacker said, “This game is as important as the rest of the games in the league. There are three points up for grabs. Al Kharaitiyat will try to put behind a series of negative results. We have to put up our best at the stadium and collect full points in order to stay at the top of the ranking.”
