Al Khor coach Omar Najhi spoke to the media ahead of their 2019-20 QNB Stars League Week 17 match against Al Arabi.
“We are coming off a victory (against Qatar SC last week) and the players know the responsibility on their shoulders to build on the win. They are to give off their best, so we can achieve a positive result and collect full points from the match against Al Arabi.
“The matches between Al Khor and Al Arabi are always full of excitement and we have not been lucky at all in the recent times. But we are determined to give our best this time around. Because the three points on offer are very important for us in our bid to stay away from the danger zone. We will do everything we can to beat them.
“All games that we play are important and the preparations are normal. There is no doubt that Al Arabi know our strengths and weaknesses because we faced off this season more than once. Our players are prepared mentally and tactically,” said Najhi.
