Umm Salal coach Aziz Ben Askar spoke to the media ahead of their 2019-20 QNB Stars League Week 16 match against Al Wakrah.
“The game against Al Wakrah is undoubtedly not easy and we are continuing our preparations in order to achieve our goal. We are working for a better future for the team that presented a good performance against Al Sadd in the last round when we played out a creditable 2-2 draw with them.
“Al Wakrah are a strong team and I respect them. We have to learn every day and from every match. Any encounter is difficult, we can win or lose.
“We are working towards building up the team and we want results. We work every day for the team to produce good results, but what will happen is that we do not get that. Our job is to strive very hard because the team needs that,” said Ben Askar.
