Al Arabi have concluded their pre-season training camp in Slovenia and now are ready to return to Doha.
In their last friendly against Zalaegerszegi TE, Al Arabi lost 2-1 in a game in which Diego Jardel scored for the Doha giants.
Coached by Luka Bonacic, Al Arabi started the game with Masood Zari, Yaseen Yaqoob, Mustafa Abdi, Mohammed Salem, Abdullah Maarfi, Diego Jardel, Ahmed Fathi, Mohammed Saleh, Yasser Yahya and Francois.
Al Arabi played three friendlies during their Slovenian pre-season training camp in which they hammered SK Dravograd 8-0.
Al Arabi will continue training in Doha after their arrival in the Qatari capital. Al Arabi open the season with a match against Al Khor on August 4 at the Khalifa International Stadium.
Bonacic's side finished the last season in 7th spot, a notch above Al Khor.
