Asked about the 250 million euros supposedly set on Begian star attacking midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, Manchester City boss, Pep Guardiola, stated: "Valdano (Jorge Valdano, Real Madrid general manager, Editor's Note) asked me if I were available to sign De Bruyne over on a 250 million euros fee, and I said I wouldn't, simple as that. There are no exit clauses here in England, you always need to negotiate with the club, in order to purchase a player".
